Botanic Bar

At the heart of Croix, the Botanic Bar draws on the Caribbean's botanical traditions. Ten botanicals, among them fever grass, sorrel, guavaberry, bois bandé, tonka bean, cerasee, and soursop leaf, are infused in-house on a backlit infusion wall and turned into cocktails, spirit-free drinks, house syrups, and tinctures.
